Have you ever wondered how some people seem to have the time to accomplish seemingly everything? Well if so, tune into this week’s episode of The Pursuit of Life where I interview the amazing Stephen Jackson. Stephen Jackson grew up in Sydney, traveled extensively living and worked in a number of big cities around the world. Stephen has worked in many different industries but is most connected to the IT industry and general management.
In his spare time, he is an avid competitor and has run 60+ marathons. He has run across the Sahara, skydived for years then parachuted onto the North Pole, sailed in the Sydney to Hobart, scuba dived across Asia, climbed in the Himalaya, and has scaled mountains in NZ and in South America.
In this episode, Stephen and I discuss how he has managed to balance his hectic work schedule with his equally intense exercise regime and athletic event schedule. We discuss his many athletic achievements, as well as personal goals and how he manages to maintain optimism within an intensive and ever-changing lifestyle. So if you are interested in learning about how to stop limiting yourself, and be inspired by someone who has truly done it all, then tune in this week and, of course, share with a friend!
